Homemade Christmas Photo Cards that are easy and save money!

Please note that I was not compensated to write this post, all opinions are my own, as always.

I love getting christmas photo cards from family and friends around the holidays! I love seeing how much kids have grown and their bright and smiling faces are like a little surprise everytime I open my mail box.

I especially love designing my own Christmas cards! For me it is something super fun that I really love doing, but it’s also a really great way to save money!

Do you remember my post from over the summer when I talked about how easy it is to make your own photo invitations using PicMonkey?

{For the full tutorial on how to make these, click here.}

Well, now you can make some home Christmas photo cards! This tutorial will give you the basics on how to do it, though keep in mind that they have a lot of cool Christmas and holiday overlays (that aren’t mentioned in that post). Just click on the little snowflake symbol in the main menu (off on the right hand side).

And if you are sitting at your computer stumped for ideas of what design to do, just go to one of your favorite online holiday card sites for inspiration! That’s what I did in coming up with these examples. None are exactly like any I saw online, but they all were from some inspiration that I got.

Once you have your card designed, you can upload it to an online print shop and print the exact number that you need for a lot less than ordering a specific holiday card.

So! Help me! Which one is your favorite? Which one should I use for our family’s holiday card this year??

Another big big thanks to Kate from Eloise & Peas for the beautiful family photos!

      I didn’t make it Cathy, it was an overlay that I found on PicMonkey. I’m not sure if they have it this year or not.
