Pineapple Mango Salsa Recipe

This is the best Pineapple Mango Salsa recipe! It is such a delicious combination of savory and sweet with a little kick too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple diced (about half a small pineapple)
  • 2 cups mango diced (about two mangos)
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño diced (one large jalapeño)
  • 2 TBSPs cilantro diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced (about half a medium onion)
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

Notes

This salsa can be served immediately after making, but tastes slightly better when the flavors get a chance to mix.
