Healthy Peanut Butter Dip {One Recipe, Five Lunches}

Ingredients
1/2
cup
fat free cottage cheese
1/4
cup
creamy peanut butter
1/4
cup
unsweetened apple sauce
see note
1 1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tbsp
agave nectar
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
Microwave peanut butter for about 10 seconds to soften, blend it into the cottage cheese. Then blend in the rest of the ingredients.
Notes
To make more of a spread than a dip, use less applesauce.
