Healthy Peanut Butter Dip {One Recipe, Five Lunches}

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce see note
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp agave nectar

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  • Microwave peanut butter for about 10 seconds to soften, blend it into the cottage cheese. Then blend in the rest of the ingredients.

Notes

To make more of a spread than a dip, use less applesauce.
