Samoa Latte

  • 2/3 cup strongly brewed caramel coffee I used the small setting on my Keurig and this coffee
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk I used light coconut milk
  • 2 TBSPs chocolate syrup plus more for topping
  • 1 TBSPs caramel syrup
  • whipped cream for topping
  • toasted coconut for topping


  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a low simmer over medium low heat, stirring consistently.
  • After it comes to a simmer remove it from the heat, and either transfer to a blender or use an immersion blender to blend and make frothy.
  • Top with whipped cream, strips of chocolate syrup and toasted coconut.
