Samoa Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz creme de cocoa
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut vodka I love Smirnoff's coconut vodka
  • 2 TBSPs caramel sauce
  • 1 TBSP chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream see note
  • toasted coconut agave nectar, and whip cream (optional)


  • Very carefully, rim a martini glass with agave nectar and then dip in toasted coconut, set aside.
  • Add the first five ingredients to a martini shaker full of ice. Shake to combine, and strain into the martini glass.
  • Top with whip cream and more toasted coconut.


For the cream in this recipe, just use whatever cream you have on hand. I use fat free half and half in my coffee in the morning, so that's what I tossed in, and it was perfect. You could also swap out some of the cream for a scoop of ice cream and make it more of a boozy float, yum!
