Preheat a skillet over low heat.
In a shallow baking dish whisk together the eggs, cream, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Soak two pieces of bread, flipping after a minute or two.
Place the crushed cereal on a large plate. After the bread has soaked, place it on top of the cereal, then flip it to coat the other side.
Spray the skillet and gently put the french toast on. Flip after a few minutes.
Repeat with the last two pieces of bread.
