- 2 garlic cloves
- 30 ounces black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a blender or a food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt or pepper to taste.
Transfer to a bowl, top with sour cream and cilantro, and serve with tortilla chips.
