This Spinach Dip Recipe is super easy to make and is SO GOOD! This cold spinach dip recipe, made with sour cream is so much better than the store bought packet!
Servings: 12 servings
- 1 1/2 cups light sour cream
- 3/4 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsps onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsps worcestershire sauce
- 3 scallions diced small
- 8 oz water chestnuts drained and diced small
- 16 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed of all the moisture
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in the scallions, water chestnuts, and spinach.
Chill for an hour before serving.
