Overnight Oats

- 1/2 cup dry oats
- 1/2 cup milk (I used skim)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash salt
Whisk the honey, cinnamon, and salt until the milk until smooth. Pour the milk mixture over the oats, then stir to combine.
Serve in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight.
Eat right out of the refrigerator in the morning or heat in the microwave and enjoy.
