Reuben Dip

This easy Reuben Dip is just a few simple ingredients and makes the perfect party appetizer!  It can be made in the oven or in the crock pot, and your guests will love it.  If you love Reuben Sandwiches, you will love this amazing hot reuben dip recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (substituting light mayonnaises will work)
  • 1/3 cup thousand island dressing
  • 2 cups sauerkraut well drained
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 pound deli corned beef chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Spray an 8 by 8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.  Pour into the baking dish and bake (uncovered) for 25 minutes.  Serve with hearty crackers or rye bread.
  • To make in the slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, spoon into a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker and cook for two hours or until the cheese is fully melted.
