- 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust I used Pillsbury
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 stick butter melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup juice of one orange
- zest of one orange
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a deep dish pie pan with a pie crust.
Whisk together the sugar, eggs, flour, orange juice, orange zest, and Nutella.
Once the butter has cooled, whisk that in as well until the mixture is completely smooth. (Note: If you don't let your butter cool, it will cook the egg when it is added, which isn't awesome.)
Pour the batter into the pie crust and bake for 40 minutes. The pie might still be jiggly in the middle. Let cool completely before serving.
