BLT Pizza

This BLT Pizza is going to become the new family favorite. It is easy to make, and with my no fail pizza dough, it is absolutely delicious in every way.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough see note
  • 8 slices bacon diced and cooked
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce (about one Romaine heart)
  • 2 Roma tomatos diced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven for 400 degrees.
  • Roll the pizza dough out to about 12 inches. Place on a pizza pan or baking stone.
  • Spread the ranch dressing over the pizza dough. Reserve a few tablespoons of cooked bacon, and top the pizza with the rest of the bacon and the cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges of the pizza begin to brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then top with the tomatoes and lettuce and serve.

If you use my homemade pizza dough for this recipe, please keep in mind that it needs an hour to rise after being put together.
