  • 750 ml Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1/4 cup triple sec or Cointreau
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Brandy
  • 3 oranges sliced
  • 2 lemons sliced
  • 2 limes sliced
  • seltzer water optional

  • In a large pitcher combine the wine, brand, and Cointreau. (You can either taste it and decide if you want to add simple syrup or serve it on the side.)
  • Add the sliced fruit.
  • Let the sangria sit a few hours or overnight before serving.
  • For a not quite as strong drink, top the glasses with seltzer water.
