This Red Sangria Recipe is an absolute classic and only takes about 10 minutes to make! It is the perfect summer cocktail and a recipe you must have in your back pocket.
Servings: 6 people
- 750 ml Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1/4 cup triple sec or Cointreau
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1/2 cup Brandy
- 3 oranges sliced
- 2 lemons sliced
- 2 limes sliced
- seltzer water optional
In a large pitcher combine the wine, brand, and Cointreau. (You can either taste it and decide if you want to add simple syrup or serve it on the side.)
Add the sliced fruit.
Let the sangria sit a few hours or overnight before serving.
For a not quite as strong drink, top the glasses with seltzer water.
