This Coconut Margarita recipe is the perfect summer cocktail. Made with just four ingredients that are easy to keep on hand, you will sip this in the sun all season long.
Servings: 2 cocktails
- 3 ounces tequila we used silver
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lime juice
- fresh limes for garnishing
- toasted coconut for rimming glasses
Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glasses and roll them in toasted coconut. This will work best on a glass that has texture to it.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the tequilla, cream of coconut, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake to combine.
Add ice to the prepared margarita glasses. Divide the contents of the cocktail shaker evenly between the two glasses. Serve and enjoy.
