Cinnamon Toast Crunch Crusted French Toast

  • 2 cups cinnamon toast crunch crushed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or whatever cream you use in your coffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 slices sandwich bread


  • Preheat a skillet over low heat.
  • In a shallow baking dish whisk together the eggs, cream, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Soak two pieces of bread, flipping after a minute or two.
  • Place the crushed cereal on a large plate. After the bread has soaked, place it on top of the cereal, then flip it to coat the other side.
  • Spray the skillet and gently put the french toast on. Flip after a few minutes.
  • Repeat with the last two pieces of bread.
