Creamy Corn and Bacon Cheese Dip
Creamy Corn and Bacon Cheese Dip is spicy, cheesy and perfect for dipping. Easy to make and so addicting. Pass the chips!
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 pound bacon cut into small pieces and cooked
- 4.5 oz can diced jalapenos or green chiles
- 14 oz cream corn
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese divided
Preheat your oven to 375.
Use a hand mixer to blend the cream corn and cream cheese. Mix in the bacon and jalapeños, 1 cup of cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the cover, top with the remaining cheese, and return to the oven and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips
