Lemon Bar Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 11 oz lemon curd
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • lemon zest for topping optional
  • short bread cookies or graham crackers for serving


  • Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
  • This can be made ahead and stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
