  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jelly approximately
  • 1/2 cup white echocolate chips
  • 2 tsps milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 5 inch bread pan very generously with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl (a soup bowl will work well) mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll out the biscuits just slightly so they are a little thinner. Brush with melted butter and dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture so they are well coated.
  • Making a pile, top a biscuit with a strawberry jelly (no need to measure, just a smalls quirt), top with a few strawberry slices, then another biscuit. Repeat until you have no more biscuits. Do not add jelly and strawberries to the top of the last biscuit.
  • Turn the pile on it's side in the bread pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Be sure to check on it at 40 minutes. Do not over bake.
  • After you take it out of the oven, combine the milk and chocolate chips in a bowl and cook in the microwave on half power for 1 minute. Whisk well. Continue cooking on 30 second intervals until smooth. Whisk in the powdered sugar. Drizzle over the bread and serve.
