Pumpkin Pie Dip with Cinnamon Sugar Pie Dippers

Author: Lisa Longley

  • For Dip
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Fior Pie Crust Dippers
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 2 TBSPs butter melted
  • 2 TBSPs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut the pie crusts into triangles. Mix together the 2 TBSPs sugar and the 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  • Spread the pie crust triangles evenly over baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread the melted butter on them (just enough to lightly coat each one), then sprinkle the triangles with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
  • Blend together the pumpkin and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  • Serve cold with the pie crust dippers.
