  • 2 Plum tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeño diced small
  • 1/2 small white onion diced small
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste


  • Combine all of the ingredients and serve with tortilla chips or on top of tacos.
