This Mojito Recipe is simple, easy to make, and totally delicious. You will find yourself coming back to this recipe over and over again!
Servings: 1 cocktail
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces light rum
- 3 to 4 ounces club soda
In a high ball glass, add the mint leaves. Pour the simple syrup and lime juice over them and muddle to combine.
Add rum, fill the glass with ice, and stir to combine.
Top with club soda and enjoy!
