Ingredients

  • 15 ounces kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces green beans drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces wax beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 small red onion sliced thin

FOR DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or mason jar, whisk together the sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until the sugar completely dissolves.
  • Combine the beans in a medium bowl with the red onion. Pour the dressing over it and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
