Grilled Flank Steak

Grilled Flank Steak is such an easy delicious dinner. It is wonderful with so many different sides, and is sure to be a hit with your family

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the steak and the marinade to a reausable container. Mix around to make sure all sides of the steak are covered by marinade. Refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours.
  • Heat a grill to medium high heat. Place the meat on the grill, discarding the left over marinade. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  • This recipe over the top by serving it with my pineapple salsa.
