Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak

Flank Steak Marinade

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pour the marinade over the flank steak. Toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for between 6 and 24 hours.
  • After the meat has marniated, preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Place the meat on the grill, discarding the left over marinade. Grill for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain and enjoying.
