1cupsour cream(I used light sour cream, I do not recommend fat free)
1/2cupmayonnaise(I used light mayonnaise, I do not recommend fat free)
1/2cupskim milk(add up to 1/4 cup more to get the desired consistency)
1teaspoonlemon juice
1teaspoonwhite vinegar
4clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonground mustard
1 1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/4teaspoongranulated sugar
Instructions
Whisk together the ingredients.
Taste to balance the flavors. You may decide that the recipe needs more garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, or lemon juice. Add them slowly (about 1/4 teaspoon at a time or less), and taste before adding more or anything else.
Use right away or store in the refrigerator for up to four days.
