- 1 pizza dough (if you use my homemade recipe you can cut it in half)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 16 slices hard salami
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 pound ham
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough so that it is approximately 10 inches by 15 inches. Top with the pizza sauce. Then add the salami, pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
Roll the the dough up, starting with the short side. (See the photos in the post.) Pinch the two ends and fold them under. Place the stromboli seam side down on the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Using a sharp knife, cut three or four slits in the top of the dough to let steam escape.
Brush the dough with the melted butter. Then sprinkle with the cheese and the Italian seasoning. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
