Irish Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients

Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1/2 cup ground coffee
  • 4 cups water

Irish Cream Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract

Irish Cream Cold Foam

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Cold Brew Coffee

  • Combine the ground coffee and the water in a mason jar.
  • Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Strain the coffee using a cheese cloth and a wire mesh strainer.

Irish Cream Syrup

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and the water. Whisk until fully combined. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, and coconut extract.

Irish Cold Foam

  • In a cold bowl with a cold metal whisk the heavy cream until it just begins to stiffen. Whisk in the vanilla and the sugar.

Irish Cream Cold Brew

  • Fill a 12 ounce glass with ice. Add in 6 ounces cold brew coffee and 1 tablespoon of Irish Cream Syrup. Top with the Irish Cold Foam. Garnish with cocoa powder.
