Irish Cream Cold Brew is your favorite coffee house drink, made easily at home. Delicious Irish cream syrup combines with cold brew coffee and vanilla cold foam to make the perfect drink.
Combine the ground coffee and the water in a mason jar.
Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Strain the coffee using a cheese cloth and a wire mesh strainer.
Irish Cream Syrup
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and the water. Whisk until fully combined. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, and coconut extract.
Irish Cold Foam
In a cold bowl with a cold metal whisk the heavy cream until it just begins to stiffen. Whisk in the vanilla and the sugar.
Irish Cream Cold Brew
Fill a 12 ounce glass with ice. Add in 6 ounces cold brew coffee and 1 tablespoon of Irish Cream Syrup. Top with the Irish Cold Foam. Garnish with cocoa powder.
