Garlic Bread

- 16 ounces soft French Bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted (read more about unsalted butter and using salted here)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced (optional)
Cut the bread in half length wise.
Mix together the butter and garlic. Brush the mixture onto the cut bread, being sure to get all of the minced garlic evenly distributed on the bread.
Top with the fresh parsley if using.
Place on a rimmed baking sheet and put under a hot broiler for 2 minutes or until the bread is lightly toasted. Watch the bread closely to prevent it from burning. Cut and enjoy.
