This Brussels Sprout Salad is such an easy side dish recipe. Easy enough for weeknight dinners, but fancy enough for holidays, this shaved brussels sprout salad will become a family favorite.
what you need:
• Brussels Sprouts • Shallots • Walnuts • Shaved Parmesan • Dried Cranberries • Olive Oil • Orange Juice • Lemon Juice • Honey • Ground Mustard • Salt
Spread the walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels Sprouts, shallots, parmesan, and dried cranberries.
In a small jar, combine the ingredients for the salad dressing. Shake to combine.
Add the walnuts to the salad, pour the salad dressing over it and toss to combine.
