Alfredo Pasta

This One Pot Southwestern Alfredo Pasta is super easy to throw together, makes the perfect weeknight meal, and is absolutely delicious! It all comes together in one pot and it is so fast.

what you need:

• Olive Oil • Red Pepper • Green Chiles • Dry Penne • Frozen Corn • Cooked Chicken • Black Beans • Jarred Alfredo • Taco Seasoning

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil, diced red pepper, and green chiles.

Add water to the saucepan, bring to a boil, and add the penne. Before removing the pasta, add the frozen corn. Drain the cooked pasta and warmed corn and return to the pan.

Stir in the cooked pepper and chiles, chicken, and black beans. Then stir in the alfredo sauce and taco seasoning.

Serve, topping with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños if you like!
