Mint Julep

Instructions

  • In a small tumbler, muddle the simple syrup and mint leaves.
    4 to 8 mint leaves, 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • Add the bourbon. Top with crushed ice, and stir to combine.
    2 ounces bourbon
  • Garnish with more fresh mint and enjoy.
