Hugo Spritz

My Hugo Spritz is an easy recipe that you will absolutely love. Light and refreshing, this is such a delicious cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 mint leaves
  • 2 ounces elderflower liqueur ex. St-Germain
  • 3 ounces sparkling wine Prosecco or similar
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • mint sprig for garnish optional
  • lime wedge optional

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice. Slap a few mint leaves in the palm of your hand with your other hand. Add it to the glass.

  • Pour in the elderflower liqueur. Top with the soda water and sparkling wine.
    2 ounces elderflower liqueur, 3 ounces sparkling wine, 1 ounce club soda
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and more mint, then enjoy!
