Ingredients

peach purée
(made with fresh or frozen peaches, see details in the post)

Prosecco
chilled

simple syrup

Instructions
Add the peach purée to the
Champagne glass
.

Please note that 1 cup of frozen peaches is 140 grams. For every one cup of peaches you thaw, you will be able to make two cocktails.
