- 10 ounces roasted diced tomatoes and green chiles such as Rotel, drained
- 1 ounce taco seasoning or 3 tablespoons homemade
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning or 3 tablespoons homemade
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar-jack cheese
- 4 ounces green chiles
Mix together all the ingredient in a bowl until well combined.
This can be served right away with ruffle potato chips, but for best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.
