Cinnamon Syrup

Cinnamon Syrup is easy to make, and makes a great addition to so many cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (234.5 ml)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (198 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat whisk together the sugar and water. Bring to a light simmer, stirring consistently.

  • Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the heat, and stir in the cinnamon.

  • Let cool completely before using in cocktails.
