Crack Chicken Wrap

These crack chicken wraps are made in just 20 minutes by combining the ingredients for crack dip - chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch - in a tortilla and then crisping them in a skillet until they are golden brown and everything inside is melted and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 4 nine inch flour tortillas burrito size

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the cream cheese, chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Using a spoon mix until well combined.

  • Divide the filling into four equal amounts. Add one portion to the middle of a tortilla. Fold in the sides and then fold up the bottom of roll until closed.
    4 nine inch flour tortillas
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Add the wraps, seam side down, cover the skillet, and cook for five minutes or until the bottom of the wrap is crispy and golden brown. Flip the wraps over and continue cooking, with the skillet covered, for five more minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy.
