Crack Dip

Once you bring this Crack Dip to a party, you won't be allowed back with anything else. This easy dip recipe comes together with sour cream, cream cheese, bacon, ranch mix, and green onions. It is so simple to make, and even easier to eat.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon or 1/2 cup of bacon bits
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (227 grams)
  • 1 cup sour cream (227 grams)
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning (28.3 grams)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (226 grams)
  • 4 green onions diced

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, flipping once during cooking. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, allow to cool, and then chop small.

  • While the bacon is cooking, blend the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.

  • Stir the ranch seasoning, cheese, cooked bacon, and green onions into the mixture until well combined. Serve with chips or crackers and enjoy.
