Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 small water glass or mason jar

Instructions

  • Put the stalks stem-down into a drinking glass or jar with an inch or two of water.
  • Store in the refrigerator for one to two weeks. Check on the asparagus, making sure the water level stays at about one to two inches. For best results, replace the water every two to three days until you are ready to use the asparagus.
