Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts butterflied into cutlets, see photos in the post (453.592 grams)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise do not use fat free (113 grams)
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream do not use fat free (113 grams)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (50 grams)
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt (if using table salt, use less)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 by 13 inch ceramic or glass baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, and seasonings. Taste the sauce and add more salt or pepper to taste.
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise, 1/2 cup light sour cream, 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts and place them in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
