Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 3 to 4 ounces club soda

Instructions

  • In a high ball glass, add the mint leaves. Pour the simple syrup and lime juice over them and muddle to combine.

  • Add rum, fill the glass with ice, and stir to combine.
    2 ounces white rum
  • Top with club soda and enjoy!
    3 to 4 ounces club soda
