Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1/2 cup milk (113.5 grams)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (121 grams)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
