Pineapple Smoothie
My pineapple smoothie is the perfect easy snack. This filling smoothie is only four ingredients, but so delicious.

Servings: 2 smoothies
Calories: 224kcal
- 2 cups frozen pineapple see note 1 (280 grams)
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice see note 2 (6 ounces or 177.4 ml)
- 1 cup milk (240 ml)
- I like to keep frozen bananas on hand to make this all the time. Simply slice up a ripe banana and place it on parchment paper in the freezer. Once fully frozen, transfer to an airtight container for up to three months, storing in the freezer. Note that the riper a banana is, the sweeter it is.
- I like to keep small cans of pineapple juice in my pantry so I can make this recipe anytime. That being said, you can replace it with another type of juice. Orange juice would be delicious in this. If you replace it with more milk, you will need to add some honey to replace the missing sweetness.
