- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (substituting light mayonnaises will work)
- 1/3 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 cups sauerkraut well drained
- 8 ounces swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 pound deli corned beef chopped
- green onions optional
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray an 8 by 8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into the baking dish and bake (uncovered) for 25 minutes. Serve with hearty crackers or rye bread.
To make in the slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, spoon into a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker and cook for two hours or until the cheese is fully melted. Garnish the dip with green onions (optional) and serve with rye crackers.
