Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls are the perfect three ingredient appetizer. They will be a hit everywhere you take them!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage brought to room temperature for 30 minutes, 453.6 grams
  • 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix 225 grams
  • 12 ounces cheddar cheese shredded, 340.2 grams

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Keep mixing until the mixture comes together. It may seem dry, but rather than adding liquid, just continue kneading with your hands.
    1 pound ground pork sausage, 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix, 12 ounces cheddar cheese
  • Form the mix into 1 1/2 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the sausage balls reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit with an instant read thermometer.

Notes

Dipping Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Mix together and adjust seasonings as needed.
