Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt see note 1
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup granola see note 2
  • honey optional

Instructions

  • Add 1/4 cup of yogurt to the bottom of a small drinking glass. Repeat with 3 additional glasses.
  • Top each of the servings of yogurt with 1/4 cup of fruit. Then add about 2 tablespoons of granola.
  • Top the granola with another 1/4 cup of yogurt. Divide the remaining granola to top it. Then add the remaining fruit. Drizzle honey on top if desired.

Notes

  1. A variety of yogurts can be used here, depending on your preference. If you prefer plain Greek yogurt, that is great in this recipe. I love to use vanilla yogurt for the extra pinch of sweetness.
  2. I'm pretty obsessed with my homemade granola recipe.  It is very easy to make, makes 9 cups, and lasts in the pantry for 2 weeks. That being said, use any granola recipe that you really love.
