Garlic Aioli

Garlic Aioli is such a simple and delicious sauce recipe. Use it as a topping for your hamburgers or as a dipping sauce for fries. It's even amazing on vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise (read about using mayonnaise to make aioli here)
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt (if using table salt, start with less)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.
    3/4 cup light mayonnaise, 5 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy as a dipping sauce for French Fries, as a burger topping, or enjoy with my delicious Crab Cakes.
