Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin (680.4 grams)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes. Using a sharp knife, remove any excess fat from the pork.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, mix the mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
    3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Reduce the cooking temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. See note.
  • Coat the pork tenderloin in the mixture. Place it in the preheated air fryer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pork reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit with an instant read thermometer. Remove the pork from the air fryer and allow it to rest for five minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Because of the brown sugar in the sauce, you need to cook the pork at a lower temperature of 350 degrees. Most air fryers preheat at 400 degrees, and that is fine, but you want to lower it before you put the pork in.
