- 8 ounce wheel of brie rind left on, wrapper removed (226.8 grams)
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces optional (29 grams)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the brie on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread the marmalade on top and then drizzle with honey.

Bake the brie for 15 to 20 minutes. Check the brie with a toothpick in the middle. It should be very easy to insert.
While the brie is baking, toast the pecans in a skillet over medium low heat for about five minutes, stirring often. Allow the pecans to get lightly brown and fragrant.

Let the brie sit for 5 minutes before topping with toasted pecans and serving.
