Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and kosher salt.
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pat the pork chops dry. Rub the olive oil on both sides of the chops. Then rub in the seasoning mixture.
2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 bone-in pork chops
  • Place the pork chops in the prepared baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pork chops register 145 degrees Fahrenheit with an instant read thermometer. I highly recommend using a thermometer so that you can pull the pork chops out as soon as they reach 145 degrees.
