Pat the pork chops dry. Rub the olive oil on both sides of the chops. Then rub in the seasoning mixture.

Place the pork chops in the prepared baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pork chops register 145 degrees Fahrenheit with an instant read thermometer. I highly recommend using a thermometer so that you can pull the pork chops out as soon as they reach 145 degrees.
