Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon until just crisp and remove from the pan. Drain off all of the bacon fat, but there is no need to clean the skillet.
6 slices of bacon
Set the pan back over medium heat and add the ground chicken and the ranch seasoning to the pan. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in the cream cheese, allowing it to melt and fully combine. Remove the chicken from the heat.
1 pound ground chicken, 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix, 4 ounces cream cheese
Arrange the 12 hard shell tacos in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. I find it best to have 8 shells go down the length of the pan and then put four additional shells on the side in sets of two. Divide the chicken ranch mixture between the tacos, about a large spoonful for each shell. Top each taco with bacon and cheese.
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Bake the tacos for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and lettuce. Enjoy immediately.
